Are you passionate about creative coding education and looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact within our local community? First Coding is seeking motivated individuals who have identified a need for coding workshops in their local area to join the First Coding team to establish coding clubs in your catchment.

About Us

We are dedicated to empowering young minds with essential skills for the future in a fun and educational environment. First Coding has been at the forefront of providing engaging and interactive coding and 3D printing workshops in schools and during weekends for the past 8 years.

Positions Available: Branch Coordinators in Wiltshire and Hampshire

As a Branch Coordinator, you have the opportunity to bring the excitement of coding education to your community under the First Coding umbrella. Whether you’re a teacher, a parent, or simply passionate about coding, we welcome you to join us in expanding access to coding clubs across various locations.

Responsibilities:

* Organise and coordinate coding workshops in you area
* Establish and maintain relationships with schools and educational institutions
* Assist in the growth and development of the business
* Participate in training sessions to become proficient in our workshop curriculum

Benefits:

* Flexible hours to accommodate your existing job or other commitments
* Competitive starting hourly rate of £20, increasing after a successful two month review
* Full training and lesson plans provided
* Acquire transferable skills such as public speaking, problem solving and lesson delivery

Requirements:

* Passion for coding education
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently
* Must have own transportation to travel to workshop locations (Travel allowance included)
