Are you a budding game designer aged 10–15? Join our exciting Game Design Workshop on Saturday morning! Each month explores a new theme, from Scratch game design and Python programming to 3D printing – giving creative minds plenty of opportunities to learn, build, and have fun.

March 2026 – Build Your Own Escape Room Game in Python

Demo your awesome Scratch games to fellow creators, swap tips, and get fresh feedback to make your game even better.

We’ll reveal a secret theme at the start and you have three Saturdays to build a game from the ground up. Open to all skill levels from total beginners to seasoned coders.

We’re moving beyond simple scripts to create text-based adventures filled with secret passwords, logic puzzles, and hidden inventory systems. Are you ready to build a game that will stump your friends and family?

AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS

First Coding offers a series of school clubs suitable for years 5 through to 9, covering activities such as game design and 3d printing.

In our Scratch and Python after-school clubs, students create engaging games while learning the core fundamentals of programming, coding logic, and problem-solving in a fun and accessible way. Our 3D printing clubs introduce pupils to the basics of 3D design, guiding them through creating and printing their own personalised 3D keyrings and models while developing creativity and design skills.

GCSE COMPUTER SCIENCE TUITION

Our GCSE Computer Science tuition groups are delivered through focused online sessions designed to support students who are already studying the subject at school. Lessons reinforce key topics from the GCSE specification, helping students build confidence in programming, computational thinking, and exam technique

ALTERNATIVE PROVISION

We have been running our Alternative Provision program for over three years now and have become one of the leading computing skills provider as part of Right Choice‘s AP program. From game design through to 3d printing and design, these daytime sessions are hosted at a couple of our venues in Salisbury, including a collaboration with The Underground Studios.
