As the end of the academic year approaches, there are many student projects that are about to cross the finishing line. This is a recently completed project and we think it’s brilliant.
One of our young students was given a task of solving the problem of drum lugs detuning. This creative solution was designed and 3d printed several times until they fitted perfectly around the nut, preventing the lug from becoming lose when the drums are being played.
Going a step further, packaging was then designed and produced in order to better present their creations.
