For over five years now First Coding has been the lead provider of creative coding workshops. Over the last six months, the business has seen considerable growth as First Coding reaches more schools in the area, working with SEN teams to provide alternative provision, as well as hosting creative coding workshops and GCSE Computer Science study groups after school and at weekends. There is also the opportunity to expand our reach which is why I’m really excited to be able to look to extend the team.
The right person must have a keen interest in computing, organised and able to confidently work independently. As first Coding is committed to delivering opportunities to the smaller schools and communities around the Salisbury area, travelling to site would be necessary. They will initially assist with hosting weekend workshops before exploring possibilities of hosting more after school clubs during the week. All training will be provided.
